ARAPA seeks to promote the advancement of Addiction Professionals, through the unification of addiction counselors, recovery support specialists and other addiction-focused professionals with a direct interest in the field of addiction treatment and recovery throughout the State of Arkansas.

ARAPA embraces diversity to further promote cultural competence, inclusion, and to demystify and address the growing awareness of disparities within the addictions field among race, ethnic, minority groups.
